We have priorities and preference ratings; they being elderly veteran residents, non-elderly veteran residents, elderly residents, non-elderly disable residents, elderly non-residents and non-elderly disabled non-residents. Rent is based on income at the rate of 30% of the net income and includes all utilities except for cable and telephone.
